Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory, and smooth order fulfillment, often collaborating with operations and IT teams. Experience with SQL required.
Available shifts: 1st and 2nd shift.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

WMS Experience: Strong understanding of WMS principles and experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Blue Yonder/Softeon/Manhattan). 4-6 years experience.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to WMS and warehouse operations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve warehouse operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and knowledge of relevant software and systems.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
