WE’RE HIRING CHEFS WHO:

  • Have previous experience in a Chef de Partie, Wok Chef, Noodle Chef, or Commis Chef role
  • Have worked in an Asian kitchen, Chinese restaurant, Taiwanese restaurant, or other pan-Asian cuisine
  • Understand traditional Chinese cooking techniques (wok hei, noodle pulling, etc.)
  • Have strong knife skills, excellent prep technique, and kitchen discipline
  • Are motivated, reliable, and looking for a long-term chef career with us
  • Have full-time availability, including weekends and evening shifts (latest finish approx. 11:30PM)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality wok dishes, noodle dishes, and appetisers
  • Operate your chef station with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Train and support junior kitchen team members
  • Work collaboratively with a team of passionate chefs during busy services
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and fast service in a high-volume kitchen
