Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality wok dishes to order
• Maintain consistency and presentation standards
• Work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and assist with food prep
• Ensure all health and safety and food hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a wok chef or in a similar high-paced kitchen role
• Skilled in stir-fry, wok techniques, and Asian-style cooking
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about food and delivering great customer experiences
