  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop new menu items and contribute to seasonal menu changes based on local ingredients.
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures.
