This is the second year that Community Solutions has partnered with RoadTek to deliver the Women in Construction (WiC) Program, following the success of the inaugural year. In 2024, the program placed 15 women across 9 different units throughout Queensland, paving the way for a new wave of women to enter and thrive in the civil construction industry.
This proven track record underscores the program’s impact, offering participants valuable skills, industry certifications, and a strong foundation for a fulfilling career in construction. OTHER REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Open to Australian or New Zealand Citizens & Permanent Residents
  • Be able to work a rotating roster, including night and weekend shifts with some rosters working away from home
