Description

WOMEN ON WHEELS DRIVER PROGRAM - DRIVE YOUR CAREER FORWARD WITH HOLCIM

Ready to drive change? Join Holcim’s `Women on Wheels’ program and start a new chapter in your career-on the road, with purpose. No previous Heavy Vehicle driving experience required.
At Holcim, we’re passionate about building progress for people and the planet. As a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, we believe in creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and build better futures.
We’re proud to offer Women on Wheels, a paid 7-week driver training and development program designed to support more women into meaningful careers in the construction and logistics industry.

IS THIS YOU?

You might be:

  • Returning to the workforce
  • Ready for a complete career change
  • Just starting your working life
  • Or simply curious about a job that’s hands-on, outdoors, and full of purpose.

You don’t need truck driving experience-we’ll provide the training. What matters most is your attitude and drive. We’re looking for women who are:

  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Willing to learn and step outside their comfort zone
  • Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
  • Willing to travel as required across the Central West region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, we ask that you:

  • Hold a full, unrestricted car licence
  • Are able to commit to the full 7-week program and to pursuing a full-time role with Holcim afterward.
  • Successfully complete a medical assessment including general health, physical capability, and Drug & Alcohol screening.
