We believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace will help us unlock the full potential of all our employees and become a better bank for all our stakeholders.
Gender balance is our core ambition, yet we are also looking for diversity in employees’ backgrounds, experience, identities, etc. to mention a few.
