WOMEN’S ACADEMY 2025: INSIGHTS INTO DANSKE BANKS TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION PROCESSES (6-WEEK STUDENT PROGRAMME)

The Women’s Academy at Danske Bank is a short-term programme for students that works to demystify the banking sector and encourage young women to join this exciting industry. It offers insights into various parts of the bank, where you’ll learn directly from the professionals working here and get connected to a community of young women aiming to shape their careers.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are looking for students who are:

• Currently enrolled in university, from the 2nd year of Bachelor’s to the 2nd year of Master’s.
• Motivated to deepen their understanding of how innovative technologies are driving the banking sector, and how this is applied at Danske Bank.

Highly motivated to learn and grow, with or without prior expertise in banking. We prioritise motivation over experience or degrees.
