About you 👤 Educated to degree level or equivalent Track record of consistent sales success in both Primary & Secondary Care Exceptional performance and achievement, operating in payer and clinician customer facing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Experience of successful account management and delivering a mutually agreed agenda based on strong customer insight Evidence of developing and implementing successful complex business plans Evidence of an understanding of how national and local drivers influence local healthcare priorities and Women’s Health In depth understanding of Women’s Health Detailed understanding of the IPHA Code of Practice and other relevant regulations, and their practical application in a business environment A team player with strong networking, interpersonal and influencing skills Computer literacy Full driving license About the role 🧭 Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌 Exceed sales objectives and targets for territory, within allocated spend and resources, resolving key issues as they arise Achieve an agreed activity rate on key customers in designated accounts to drive portfolio sales which will include GPs, key Secondary Care customers, Pharmacies and others as directed by the Plan of Action Build and retain a relevant and deep understanding of the environment and therapeutic area- covering customers, patients, Women’s Health and other disease areas Build mutually beneficial relationships with leading influencers and decision makers on the territory, working collaboratively with both National Sales Manager, Marketing & Medical Produce territory business plan and SMART objectives that align to company objectives, including prioritisation, strategy and tactical plans What does our team say about life at Theramex? 💬 “Having now been with Theramex for a few months, I’m really enjoying my time here.
