POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Women’s Health opportunity serving a vibrant and culturally diverse Los Angeles community • Provide patient-centered care within a mission-driven clinic environment focused on accessibility and continuity of care • Join a collaborative outpatient practice with strong operational and clinical support • Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining exceptional work-life balance WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Earning potential up to $197,000 annually • Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekend call • NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Stable outpatient environment with advancement potential • Meaningful community impact within an underserved patient population • Southern California location minutes from Downtown Los Angeles SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule • No nights • No weekends • No call responsibilities • Approximately 20–24 patients daily • Outpatient Women’s Health and Primary Care setting CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health services and preventative care • Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, education, and follow-up care • Manage acute and chronic health conditions within a collaborative care environment • Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and continuity of care services • Maintain accurate documentation and quality compliance standards COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hourly compensation: $72–$87/hour based on experience • Federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Malpractice coverage including nose and tail protection • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • CME paid time off and stipend • 403(b) retirement plan • Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Requirements • Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant REQUIRED • Active California NP or PA license REQUIRED • Active and unrestricted DEA REQUIRED • Master of Science degree REQUIRED • Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience REQUIRED • Outpatient Women’s Health or Primary Care experience strongly preferred • Compassionate, patient-centered clinical approach REQUIRED Not ready to formally apply?
