ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity presents for a Grade 2 Women’s Health Clinician to join our team. This role will involve inpatient work on the maternity wards at Box Hill Hospital with the possibility of maternity ward cover at Angliss Hospital, and provide outpatient services across Eastern Health. The outpatient caseload will primarily involve management of pelvic floor concerns in pregnancy and the early postpartum period but may also include pregnancy related musculoskeletal complaints based on service demands. You may also be required to attend the multi-disciplinary perineal clinic. The Grade 2 may be responsible for supervising and supporting undergraduate students and will in turn be supported by our women’s health senior Physiotherapists. You will become an active member of our Continence, Men’s and Women’s Health Physiotherapy Clinical Leadership Group, which offers excellent peer support and opportunities for professional development within this specialty and is led by our Eastern Health Grade 4 Men’s and Women’s Health Clinical Lead Physiotherapist.
