The Woman’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room while assisting members and guests in a friendly, hospitable and professional manner. Pay rate: $19.00 per hour. This is considered and entry level position. Full-time Schedule: Sunday: 2:00-8:00pm Monday: 2:00-10:00pm Tuesday: 2:00-10:00pm Wednesday: 2:00-10:00pm Thursday: 2:00-10:00pm Friday: off Saturday: off Part-time Schedule: Sunday: off Monday: off Tuesday: off Wednesday: off Thursday: off Friday: 2:00-10:00pm Saturday: 2:00-8:00pm Provide exceptional hospitality and maintain the highest level of integrity to ensure a world-class experience that promotes well-being among our members. Maintain effective and ongoing communication regarding the needs of the locker room, which includes managing inventory, addressing member feedback, and communicating any maintenance issues that may arise. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless steel, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Rapidly and efficiently gather towels and robes for laundry and maintain a sufficient supply of clean towels in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, combs, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). Ensure all containers are not only clean but also visually appealing and easy to read. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Manager and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage receptacles throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines. Similar experience preferred. Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations. Must be available to work various shifts & holidays (early mornings, late evenings and weekends). Must be able to work well in a team setting. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
