REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in women’s luxury shoe design.
• Strong sketching and illustration skills to effectively communicate your ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design concepts and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
• A track record of successfully launching luxury fashion collections.
• Fluency in English.
