JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced WooCommerce Developer with advanced expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role requires someone who can seamlessly develop and optimize WooCommerce websites, set up advanced tracking with GTM, and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on AWS.
The ideal candidate is both a skilled WordPress/WooCommerce developer and a technical wizard in GTM while being an AWS expert who can manage infrastructure, deployments, and optimizations.
Position: WooCommerce Developer (with GTM & AWS Expertise)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • WooCommerce / WordPress Development
  • 3+ years of hands-on WooCommerce development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Expert-level proficiency with GTM setups for complex eCommerce flows.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and dataLayer integrations.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing scalable WordPress/WooCommerce sites on AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of serverless services, load balancing, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
  • Experience with GTM tracking, tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Prior experience working with high-traffic WooCommerce stores
