Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wood Assembler to join our production team (2nd shift 1:00pm - 11:30pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling wood components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing or workshop environment. Key Responsibilities: * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or assembly instructions * Measure, cut, and prepare wood components using hand and power tools * Assemble wooden parts using nails, screws, staples, adhesives, and other fasteners * Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products meets company standards * Sand, finish, or stain wood components as required * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, drills, routers, and sanders safely * Report any defects, safety hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors * Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or furniture assembly a plus * Ability to read and follow technical documents and drawings * Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and machinery * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity * Basic math and measurement skills * Commitment to safety and quality   Work Environment: * May involve exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, or fast-paced operations * Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Requires standing, lifting, pushing, pulling (up to 40 lbs) and working with machinery.
