JOB OVERVIEW:

Location: Hagley Stoves, Romsley Country Store, Romsley, B62 0PG
Cover Location: The Cosy Stove Company, Bromsgrove, B61 7DG (as required)
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm (Fixed working pattern)
Holiday Allowance: 28 days per year (full-time equivalent, including bank holidays)

We are a small but growing, family-run business specialising in high-quality wood-burning stoves and fireplaces in a busy concession at Romsley Country Store. With a passion for traditional values and customer service, we’re now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our friendly team and help drive the business forward on a full time basis.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a varied and customer-facing role, ideal for someone confident, trustworthy and keen to get involved in all aspects of the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, handling sales, queries, and payments, as well as supporting the back-office and online side of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Face-to-face sales of wood-burning stoves, fireplaces and related products
• Handling cash and card payments securely
• Producing invoices and customer paperwork
• General showroom duties including opening and closing the premises independently and keeping the showroom presentable and welcoming for customers
• Assisting with website content and product updates
• Maintaining spreadsheets and basic documents in Word
• Helping to build and promote the servicing side of the business including booking appointments and diary management
• Providing holiday cover at our other showroom in Bromsgrove when required
