REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a leader or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of traditional pizza-making techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Culinary certification (preferred, but not required).

• Prepare and cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven.
• Manage teams & operate Buisness smoothly & good decision maker in terms of customer service or treat their teams. Act as a good & professional leader.
• Ensure all pizzas are cooked to perfection, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
• Handle pizza preparation from scratch, including dough, sauce, and toppings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and pizza-making area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.
• Manage paperwork compliance
