Star Pizzaiolo

Bar staff - must have experienced in bar producing cocktail

• Must have RSA for bar staff
• Muat have 5 years experience in busy Italian Restaurant serving woodfired pizza not in normal pizza shops )
• Italian cuisine knowledge is a must.
• You must be able to make pizza dough hand stretch pizza dough .
• Must handle autonomously your Section
• Must have a education in commercial cookery if not at least a food handlers certificate.
• Weekend availability is a must
• performance bonus provided.
