We are looking for a skilled Wood Painter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in painting and finishing wood, as well as the ability to apply finishes to steel and aluminum surfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of wood stains, paint types, and finishing techniques, and be capable of achieving a wide range of colors and textures as per design requirements. A good eye for detail, precision, and quality is essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in wood painting or surface finishing.
• Skilled in painting wood, steel, and aluminum using various tools and methods.
• Ability to mix and match paint colors and stains with precision.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, sealers, primers, and protective finishes.
• Familiar with proper surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and color matching.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials (paints, thinners, etc.).
• Knowledge of using spray guns, paint brushes, rollers, sanding tools, mixing equipment, PPE.

• Prepare wood, steel, and aluminum surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming before painting.
• Mix and match paints and stains to create a wide variety of colors and finishes.
• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Ensure even coating, proper coverage, and smooth finishes on all surfaces.
• Match custom colors and shades as specified in design or client requirements.
• Perform touch-ups, corrections, and refinishing work as needed.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency before final delivery.
• Maintain tools, spray booths, and painting equipment in clean and working condition.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines related to paint use and disposal.
