• Construct wooden drape moulds, jigs, and thermoforming tools.
• Work with a wide range of materials: timber, fibreglass, acrylic, rubber, MDF, plastic sheeting, and fillers.
• Cut, shape, sand, and assemble materials using basic tools and woodworking equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and templates to create accurate moulds and panels.
• Participate in vehicle prototype fitments (some travel may be required).
• Optional exposure to light steel fabrication and MIG welding (not essential).
