Emmaus North Staffs is a charity based in Hanley, operating the area’s largest charity shop and warehouse. Our mission is to support local households by providing free and discounted furniture and appliances.

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Woodworker volunteer to join our team in Hanley. In this role, you will play a vital part in repairing, recycling, upcycling, and assembling furniture that directly contributes to our mission of supporting local families in need.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN WOODWORKING, CARPENTRY, OR RELATED FIELDS.

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Basic knowledge of construction painting is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
