Description
Job Details Job Location: Wilmot, WI 53192 Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.00 Hourly Manufacturing Handyman / Carpenter – Wilmot, WI Are you the kind of Handyman who looks at a wobbly table and thinks, “I could fix that in five minutes”? Do you find yourself building things just for the satisfaction of seeing them come together? If you’ve got a knack for working with your hands (or even just the right attitude and willingness to learn), our Thermoforming Manufacturing Facility in Wilmot, WI wants you on our team! At Allied Plastics, we’re looking for a Manufacturing Handyman who can roll up their sleeves and dive into finishing work on wood patterns and aluminum molds in our Pattern and Mold department. This isn’t your average fix-it gig—this is where craftsmanship meets manufacturing, and where a skilled Handyman or motivated Entry Level Carpenter can shine. Now, let’s talk about what you’ll be doing. As our go-to Handyman, you’ll help craft, repair, and fine-tune the very molds that keep our operation moving. Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero who makes sure our products start out right. Whether you’re sanding, cutting, shaping, or just bringing your Handyman magic to a project, you’ll play a key role in making things work (literally). And if you’re an Entry Level Carpenter, don’t sweat it—we’ll train you up on the job. All we need is a good attitude, motivation to learn, and the willingness to build something awesome every day. Qualifications Here’s what we’re offering: Pay: $17–$22/hour, depending on your Handyman or Entry Level Carpenter experience. Schedule: First shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (hello evenings and weekends free!). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, employer-sponsored Life Insurance and Disability, a generous 401(k) match, yearly profit sharing, and—best of all—a supportive, customer-focused team that actually enjoys working together. What we need from you: a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, or basic fabrication is ideal, but if you’re an Entry Level Carpenter ready to grow, we’ll give you the tools (literally and figuratively) to succeed. Being a Handyman at Allied Plastics means taking pride in the details, having fun along the way, and always being ready to jump in where needed. So, whether you’re a seasoned Handyman or an eager Entry Level Carpenter, this is your chance to join a passionate team where your skills matter. Don’t overthink it—click to fill out our lightning-fast 3-minute application today. We’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours (faster than you can say “Handyman saves the day”).
