What You’ll Do Shape, form, and assemble custom millwork components with expert-level precision Perform detailed finishing work to ensure every piece looks exceptional and is ready for installation Use a variety of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques to bring custom designs to life Interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications with accuracy and craftsmanship Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery Contribute to the creation of high-end, custom-ordered casework and millwork projects What Makes This Role Special This isn’t basic assembly—this is hands-on carpentry, fine craftsmanship, and true woodworking expertise.
