WHO WE ARE

Inspry is a web development agency focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. We’re proud partners of WooCommerce and Automattic, and we help digitally-savvy brands bring order to complexity through thoughtful development, process, and partnership.
Whether it’s extending WooCommerce with custom features or integrating third-party APIs into bespoke WordPress solutions, we’re the go-to partner for companies that need reliable, expert-level execution.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you consider yourself a WordPress and WooCommerce expert? Are you passionate about developing smart, effective solutions that help real businesses thrive?
We’re looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team at our small, but mighty team here at Inspry. In this role, you’ll work on technically challenging projects involving advanced customizations, performance tuning, and feature development across WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystems. As a small, collaborative team, your contributions will have a meaningful impact from day one. With a flat organizational structure, you’ll also have a voice in shaping how we approach projects and processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Architect and build custom WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores from scratch or by extending core functionality.
  • Develop complex custom plugins and features that integrate external APIs (REST or GraphQL) with WordPress or WooCommerce.
  • Review and audit existing sites for performance, code quality, and scalability improvements.
  • Translate Figma designs into high-quality code using custom themes or plugins.
  • Provide ongoing support for implementation issues, bug fixes, and client questions.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to assess scope feasibility and technical strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and QA on peer developer work to ensure high quality and accuracy.
  • Follow version control best practices using Git/GitHub.
  • Document technical implementations clearly for team use and future reference.

IF YOU’RE READY TO BUILD MEANINGFUL SOLUTIONS, COLLABORATE WITH A DRIVEN TEAM, AND GROW IN A ROLE WHERE YOUR SKILLS ARE TRULY VALUED, WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.
