Position Overview We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to create engaging and user-friendly web experiences that reflect our clients' missions and values. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy WordPress websites and applications. Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements. Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, accessible, and optimized for SEO. Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and backups. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional websites. Implement analytics and tracking solutions to monitor web performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality or performance. Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices. 5+ years of experience in WordPress development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development. Strong understanding of website performance optimization techniques. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
