We are seeking a WordPress Developer for a fully onsite position in Los Angeles, California. This is a direct hire opportunity with a top law firm, requiring in-office work five days per week. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize custom WordPress page templates while ensuring exceptional user experiences and responsive designs. You will also collaborate closely with designers, maintain site security and scalability, and integrate third-party services to enhance the firm’s online presence.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and debug custom WordPress page templates.
• Design and optimize user experience (UX) and interactions for web applications.
• Ensure responsive design and mobile-friendly layouts across all devices.
• Maintain cross-browser compatibility and site performance optimization.
• Optimize pages for SEO, enhancing search visibility and traffic.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to design and install new features.
• Maintain security and scalability of all web development initiatives.
• Work with vendors to integrate third-party services into the platform.
• Contribute a team-oriented, positive attitude in a collaborative Los Angeles office environment.

WordPress Developer Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Proficient in front-end languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in implementing and troubleshooting marketing tracking and analytics tools.
• Familiar with secure server and hosting environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, Invoca, and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) (preferred).
• Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a drive to innovate.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
