Zipdev currently seeking Web Developer. We are seeking a Developer with expertise in WordPress and Shopify to create and maintain custom themes, optimize web applications, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate excels in front-end development, solving technical challenges, and managing multiple projects. Strong communication, time management, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools are essential for success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a front-end developer.
• Advanced understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Proficient in WordPress theme development, database management, error handling, Custom Post Types, Advanced Custom Fields, etc.
• Proficient knowledge of custom Shopify theme development and the Liquid templating language.
• Experience building custom designs with page builders like Elementor and Webflow.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Proficient knowledge of task runners like Gulp and Grunt.
• Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools for cropping, resizing, or performing small adjustments on images.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good understanding of technical SEO principles and ensuring adherence in applications.
• Experience using third-party APIs for dynamic integrations.
• Basic understanding of back-end services/servers and persistent storage.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular is a plus.
