About the role | Mō te tūnga As a Work Broker, you'll work directly with employers across Waikato region to create sustainable employment opportunities for MSD clients. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll build employer partnerships, understand workforce needs, identify job opportunities, and connect businesses with suitable candidates. Working alongside Case Managers and employment teams, you'll help clients move into employment while supporting employers to meet their workforce needs. Most of your time will be spent engaging with employers, developing networks, and identifying opportunities across the region. Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering positive employment outcomes for both employers and job seekers.
