SUMMARY OF POSITION

Work Coordinators bring together various elements and individuals to complete a project. This position will require communication and services to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on status of projects and schedules daily work to be completed. Coordinators are responsible for planning and monitoring all turn around work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and crews
· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively
· Detail-oriented and thorough in tracking work orders, schedules, and site requirements
· Solid computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning scheduling or inventory software
· Able to think analytically to identify problems and propose practical solutions
· Works well both independently and as part of a team
· Maintains a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor, even when handling challenging situations
· Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure
· Willing and able to travel to job sites or client meetings as needed
· Knowledge of company services and basic scaffolding concepts preferred (can be trained)
· Reliable, adaptable, and able to take initiative to keep work flowing smoothly

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Access database is a plus

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Schedule crews daily for work and post schedule on TVs to view in break room
· Manage trucks for repair and checklist
· Manage Turn Around work for Scaffold and progress Turn Around schedules
· Set up meetings for evaluations and meet with crews on their progress and efficiencies pertaining to their job duties
· Conduct job walks for daily and Turn Around work
· Remit paperwork from home for on call, on weeknights, and weekend work.
· Work closely with Niles barn crew to gather lists for crane to lift parts for Turn Around
· Create sign in sheet for crews and enter time off in calendar as necessary
· Work closely with Payroll on any changes to a crew members time worked
· Answer phone and emails from Internal and External customers that will include trip scaffold and/or billing problems etc.
· Set up meetings with Turn Around group
· Create paperwork in Access for crews
· Red ink Access paperwork for billing
· Enter units in Access
· Timely check on call email and distribute appropriately
· Keep in communication with Contract Administrators
· Answer work radio to address any questions, concerns, and direct as needed
