We’re looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our remote sales team as Account Associates. In this role, you’ll support client accounts, assist with data entry and communications, and work closely with internal teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, client acquisition, or account admin roles
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot

• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
• Assist with account setup, onboarding, and internal documentation
• Communicate with clients via email or phone to address basic inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account handling
• Track account activity and help flag potential issues or delays
• Prepare reports and summaries for team use
