Right Track Home Solutions (RTHS) is a rapidly growing home improvement company specializing in roofing and solar solutions across North America. We are seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Cold Callers to join our remote team. All leads, dialer software, and scripts are provided – your job is to convert calls into appointments and sales!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using our provided script and dialer
schedule appointments for roofing and solar consultations
Update call notes and customer information in the CRM
Follow up on leads and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Meet or exceed weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Must be based in Canada
Reliable computer or tablet with internet access
Working cell phone
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Prior cold calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and follow our training program
