We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs. You will provide product recommendations, ensure a seamless customer experience, and work independently while meeting sales and service goals. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to insurance products. Provide accurate information and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Must obtain necessary insurance licensing (candidates are responsible for licensing costs).
