Employer Branding Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to execute highly effective brand marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand’s long-term potential.

What You Will Do:

  • Help to identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy.
  • Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging and brand visual elements.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts.
  • Measure and report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand updated.
  • Influence brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
  • Increase brand awareness and consideration as well as build market position.
  • Develop, execute and track collateral and materials for internal and external purposes.
  • Create and implement brand marketing strategies.
  • Identify consumer opportunities and develop strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Establish positioning, identify the objective audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments.
  • Assist in the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
  • Research product weaknesses and areas to overcome with developing brand identity.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven work experience as an Employer Branding Marketer.
  • Proven experience in the implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B service marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
  • Creativity.
