Description:
We’re a software company looking for help with Mac and Linux application tech support and networking. You should have good communication and some familiarity with command line, scripting and TCP networking. The position is remote, with occasional travel to provide in-person support for our customers. REQUIREMENTS:

Technical familiarity with Linux
Knowledge of command line
Experience with scripting (Bash, Python or other)
Technical knowledge of networking- SMB, NFS, TCP, etc.

Provide software installations and updates for customers remotely.
Provide basic product training for new customers.
Provide first level technical support and manage escalations
