    Peter Warren Automotive is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace. We have a full-time opportunity for a Work Health and Safety (WHS) Business Partner to join our National WHS Team. This role is based at Warwick Farm.
    In this role, you will assist in developing, implementing, and managing the company’s safety management systems. You will partner with leaders across our locations to ensure compliance with regulations and to enhance our safety culture throughout the group.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 5 years WHS experience
  • Hold a recognised WHS qualification
  • Thorough knowledge of WHS laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a National Team
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs
  • Conduct regular safety site inspections and risk assessments
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents and near misses
  • Provide education and training
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement strategies
  • Monitor workplace conditions and the use of PPE
  • Advise on corrective actions and preventative measures
  • Collaborate in Return-to-Work Programs with an outsourced provider
  • Promote a safety culture
