Job Description Joining us as our Work Health and Safety Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive workplace, providing support to our WHS and Wellbeing Manager while coordinating day-to-day WHS and wellbeing activities across the business. You’ll keep core WHS systems running smoothly and deliver high-quality support across incident and hazard management, risk reporting (including ERM/Protecht), documentation, audit actions and stakeholder communications. Some of your key duties will be to: Monitor and coordinate hazard and incident management, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where needed Support investigations, corrective actions and maintenance of WHS records and registers Assist with the development, review and communication of WHS policies and procedures Manage the WHS inbox, triaging enquiries and tracking actions through to completion Track audit findings and action items, ensuring accurate reporting and evidence capture Coordinate WHS meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes and action tracking Qualifications About you: You will be working in a permanent part-time (3 days per week) capacity, with a hybrid working model (60% office / 40% remote). This is well suited to someone looking to build or grow their WHS career while maintaining flexibility and work–life balance. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience in a WHS coordination role, or a strong administrative or support background with a demonstrated interest in developing a career in Work Health and Safety Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain accurate records and track actions through to completion Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work with systems and processes, and communicate clearly A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to provide practical support aligned to WHS procedures The ability to build positive working relationships, follow up actions proactively, and handle sensitive information with discretion Exposure to systems such as Protecht and experience supporting audits or evidence collation will be highly regarded but not essential.
