THE OPPORTUNITY

Hitachi Construction Machinery is seeking a WHS Advisor to join our Western Region team, based in Forrestdale with travel to Pilbara sites, as required. Reporting to the Regional and National WHS Managers, you’ll support and improve our WHS systems, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
You’ll work closely with operations to implement risk management practices, lead incident investigations, coordinate WHS training, and support return-to-work plans. We’re looking for a proactive safety professional ready to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement across our sites.
