The Registry & Intelligence (R&I) group provides trusted data, insights and services to support informed decision-making and confident participation in the Australian economy. ASIC manages over 30 legal registers, including the Companies and Business Names registers, holding details on 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names. These are the official sources of information for businesses, professionals, government and the public.

As the Work Management Product Owner, you drive the evolution, coordination and seamless delivery of integrated work management products, leveraging enterprise tools like Genesys contact centres and custom business applications to enhance frontline services.

  • Location - Traralgon, VIC (approximately 2 hours east of Melbourne)
  • Salary between $123,444 - $144,386 (plus 15.4% Superannuation)

THE ROLE

As a Work Management Product Owner, you will:

  • Leading a team to enhance frontline services.
  • Establish and drive a roadmap for work management applications.
  • Improve contact centre solutions for personalised experiences at scale.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ASIC’s business needs.
  • Work with the delivery team to detail requirements and propose solutions.
  • Lead implementation planning, change management, and readiness activities.
  • Represent user needs to ensure consumer-focused solutions.
  • Use data insights to enhance user and staff experience and prioritise improvements.
  • Provide strategic advice on user experience, interface, and accessibility design.
  • Coordinate business testing and support representatives during testing.
