Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Agent to join Service Stream’s Network Services Team.
About the Role
Service Stream’s Utilities division (Network Service) are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our growing company.
Nature of position: Casual / Full-time hours
Location: Melbourne (CBD), VIC
Reporting Line: Scheduling Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Make scripted phone calls to residential and business customers and building managers to arrange access and appointments for our electricity meter technicians.
  • Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
  • Accurate data entry in client’s systems and Excel sheets.
  • Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Strong focus on customer service and compliance.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 6 months in a call centre, customer service or administrative role is essential
  • Basic competencies in MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook is essential
  • Friendly phone manner
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • High level attention to detail
