Responsibilities

· Work Order Planning & Scheduling
· Receive and prioritize work orders (routine maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections).
· Assign tasks to in-house crews/subcontractors based on:
o Urgency (e.g., potholes vs. scheduled drainage cleaning).
o Resource availability (equipment, manpower, permits).
· Coordinate with Planning Engineer to align with long-term maintenance programs.

· Field Execution & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% work order closure within Client’s SLA timeframes (e.g., 24h for critical repairs).
  • Verify quality of work (jointly with QA/QC Team) against QCS 2014 standards.
  • Monitor HSE compliance (e.g., permits for hot works near oil/gas zones).

· Digital & Reporting Systems
o Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for:
o Real-time work order tracking (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
o Historical data analysis (trends in pavement failures, drainage blockages).
o Generate daily/weekly reports for Client on:
o Backlog (aging work orders).
o Productivity (man-hours per task).

· Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with Traffic Ops Manager for lane closures/diversions.
  • Escalate delays (e.g., material shortages) to the Project Controls Manager.
  • Interface with QatarEnergy for work near Dukhan Field access roads.

· Mandatory Requirements:
· Education:
o Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Diploma (2 years) Construction Management, or related field (WHED-recognized).
o MMUP/UPDA Certification (Grade C or above for engineers).
· Experience:
o 10+ years in work order/maintenance management, with 5+ years in roads/highway O&M.
o Oil and gas EPC or construction projects experiences is preferred.
o International experience outside MENA (preferred in desert/remote environments).
· Technical Skills:
o Advanced CMMS proficiency (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Client’s systems).
o Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and performance-based O&M.
