Valid workpermit in Norway and Operator experience with NORSOK is mandatory Duration: 05/01/2026 - 29/12/2028 Reports to: SPS Delivery Lead Supervises: External resources (as required) Location: Primarily at TechnipFMC premises, Lysaker. Additional follow-up work at TechnipFMC Kongsberg, Ågotnes, Dunfermline, and various subcontractor locations. Domestic and international travel will be required. The WP Lead for WH, XT & WOS will be responsible for overseeing delivery and execution of the work scope related to wellheads, trees, and workover systems within a subsea production system (SPS) project. The position requires strong leadership, excellent interface management, and extensive experience with subsea hardware and supplier follow-up. Main Responsibilities Manage and follow up the WH, XT, and WOS scopes on behalf of the project. Participate actively in the Project Team, contribute to decision-making, and support problem analysis. Ensure efficient interface handling across project disciplines (Facilities, Drilling & Completion, Operations). Support various project-related tasks as needed. Detailed Responsibilities Monitor and follow up contractor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, including testing. Ensure health, safety, and working environment requirements are adhered to throughout project execution. Ensure compliance with the project’s quality system and execute quality surveillance (QS) activities. Evaluate contractor engineering methods, procedures, and organizational setup for suitability and performance. Maintain proactive communication and formal reporting lines with contractors. Report progress and cost status relative to project schedule. Ensure smooth transfer of interface information between contractors. Manage interfaces related to drilling and well operations. Expedite contractor-provided information (CPI) where required. Participate in interface meetings and verification activities. Follow up tests, inspections, and verifications to ensure contract compliance. Contribute to the project risk register and follow-up actions. Identify and manage changes in accordance with the project’s change control procedure, in coordination with System Engineering. Provide input for weekly and monthly reports. Monitor progress and resource usage across the scope. Ensure seamless handover to Operations, including commissioning and Ready-for-Operation activities. Capture and report lessons learned. Education Higher education/university degree, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience Minimum 15 years of offshore industry experience. Minimum 10 years of specialization in subsea production system follow-up. Strong knowledge of TechnipFMC subsea systems is required; familiarity with existing project portfolios is an advantage.
