Description:

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Technical background with understanding and ideally hands-on experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer facing communication skills and a sense to develop collaboration and lead your engineering team to deliver solutions.
  • Able to lead workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope if needed.
  • Be knowledgeable of products, security, standards requirements.
  • Able to lead the system engineers (requirements engineers ).
  • Be brought to identify, monitor, mitigate technical risks.
  • Experience in facing and mitigating risk, anticipating issues and creating opportunities.
  • Having Project Management certifications is a clear advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Help project WPMs allocated to the project, in case of BID award, to identify, track and follow any deviation from Presales P&L estimations
  • Ensure and plan in BID phase that specification workshops and implementation (Functional, technical, security, cards specification and file mapping, …) are being synchronized throughout the different teams
  • Ensure and plan in BID phase a schedule of Engineering activities to meet the solution milestone and BID constrains, but as well ensuring the best competitivity
  • Cooperation with PDA for Solution Design & Architecture (including pre-study and identification of suitable reuse or existing solution) assigned to the BID
  • Provide input to R&D products teams in order to define expected output based on BID requirements along with timeline needed for delivery, or identify need of customization and assign to proper work package based on requirements along with timeline needed for delivery, all that in context of BID
  • Coordinate with IVVQM for testing, validation and integration of technical solution (Functional, security, HA, performance, etc.), for integration operations (DB migration, integration with existing solutions…) & on-site deployment and finally for conducting Customer acceptance (FAT, SAT, dry run, pilot…) during BID
  • Cooperate with SSA in order to provide proper security assessment (Risk analysis, vulnerabilities scan, penetration tests, …) on all level of the delivered solution during BID
  • Possible consultation of 3rd parties solutions/partners (specification, integration, acceptance, …)
  • Be responsible for overall solution risk tracking and progress reporting, providing input to SM and visibility to high level management, quantified and waited, and isolated from standard activities (no risk inside taks)
  • Be accountable and responsible, in the scope if the given Work Package(s) to be managed, of: 1) Schedule and planning, 2) Risks establishment, follow-up and management, 3) Budget with control of baseline (CBB), forecast and actuals, able to provide EAT (Estimates At Completion) 4) Reporting (within project team as well as toward management)
