Job Title: Work Placement Administrator
Location: Middlesbrough College Main Campus, TS2 1AD
Department: Construction & Engineering
Reporting to: Work Experience & Industry Placement Team Leader
Salary: Business Support Scale 4, Pts 18 to 19, £23,555 to £24,631
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: Full time
Pension: NEST

We are currently recruiting a Work Placement Administrator to support our busy Work Placement Team in coordinating and overseeing student work experience placements. In this role, you will deliver high-quality administrative and clerical support, while engaging with a diverse range of staff, students, and external employers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the work experience placements.

Responsibilities

As a Work Placement Administrator, you will:

  • Support Directorate tracking systems.
  • Monitor and report student attendance/absences on work placements.
  • Follow up student non-attendance from work placement.
  • Set up and maintain clerical systems to support the placement team coordinators.
