We are looking to expand or business and are seeking the perfect candidate to manage workload and plan work, liaising with clients, customers and staff.

Planner Responsibilities:

  • Provides efficient planning of workloads and job routing to ensure efficient operations through to job completion.
  • Answers phone calls, schedule work.
  • Carries out administrative processing of workflows.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative

projects and expediting work results.

  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong

communication.

  • Ensuring staff have all the information they need to get the job done first time.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,

anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
