ROLE OVERVIEW:

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Work Planner to join our Repairs and Maintenance team on a fixed term contract until September 2025, with possible extension

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work from our fantastic head office at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough 2 days per week, with 3 days working remotely from home. This may vary, dependent on business and team need.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives
  • Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance
  • Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience
  • Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly
  • Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reporting
