Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meticulously analyze incoming work orders, dissecting requirements and identifying potential challenges before execution begins.
• Translate complex technical drawings and specifications into clear, actionable instructions for field teams.
• Proactively identify and procure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring readiness for scheduled tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to guarantee timely delivery of resources to job sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a significant advantage.
• Has 3+ years of experience in a similar preparation, planning, or coordination role within the [Specify Industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, utilities] sector.
