WSP in the Middle East are seeking an experienced Work Winning Project Manager with an Aviation focus to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a critical part in securing new aviation sector opportunities by managing the full work-winning lifecycle — from early opportunity identification through to successful bid submission and commercial close. The Aviation Work Winning Project Manager manages the entire lifecycle of aviation sector prospects — from Expression of Interest through proposal development, submission, and commercial negotiation. They coordinate technical, financial, and strategic inputs to produce high-quality, competitive submissions. The role ensures alignment with aviation sector strategy, client expectations, and internal governance, while also tracking pipeline performance and supporting sector leadership in securing new aviation opportunities.

Responsibilities
