Workamper Front Office Clerk (Seasonal) Sky Valley Resort & Caliente Springs Resort Desert Hot Springs, California (Palm Springs Area) Looking for a seasonal opportunity in sunny Southern California? Sky Valley Resort and Caliente Springs Resort are seeking friendly, energetic, and service-focused Workampers to join our Front Office team for the 2026–2027 season. Enjoy beautiful desert weather, a welcoming resort atmosphere, and the opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests and residents. Season Dates: November 2026 – April 2027 What We Offer Free full-hookup RV site Employee pays a flat monthly electric fee Approximately 20–25 hours per week Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday shifts required Friendly, team-oriented work environment Prime location near Palm Springs, shopping, dining, golf, hiking, and local attractions What You'll Do As a Front Office Clerk, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. You'll provide exceptional customer service while helping ensure daily resort operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include: Welcoming guests with a friendly, positive attitude Checking guests in and out of the resort Answering phones and assisting guests with questions Making and managing reservations Communicating resort rules, standards, and amenities Assisting with guest relations and resolving minor concerns Acting as a Camp Host when needed Conducting occasional resort rounds, especially during weekends and holidays Reconciling daily transactions and balancing cash drawers Maintaining organized files, documents, and office supplies Supporting the management team with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to work weekends and holidays Flexible and dependable Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts Basic computer and office skills Ability to read maps and provide directions Commitment to maintaining a welcoming, respectful resort environment If you enjoy meeting new people, helping guests have a great experience, and spending the winter in sunny Southern California, we'd love to hear from you!
