INTRODUCTION TO ROLE    The Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout the Blue Water portfolio to candidates with their camper and a desire to work and live on the property for the defined season/period. Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement,   * Pay and Benefits: * Hourly wage rates vary depending on role, state, skills, and experience. * Workamping—Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits but  are eligible for sick time and holiday pay.  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  We’re looking for Workcampers with campground/hotel experience who own an RV/Camper. Someone who can work independently or as part of a team on demand has strong attention to detail and is interested in providing exceptional guest services.      *****Workcampers are required to work 32-40 hours a week depending on campground needs******  WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON  * Workampers will work in multiple roles during the season 1. Grounds/Maintenance/Camp Host  (position could potentially go into a long term role if so desired) 2. Pool Maintenance WHAT YOU BRING    * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent  * Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems * The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests (MUST HAVE ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE) * Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members * Support all company policies and procedures. * Must have your own RV that is self-contained (bathroom and shower on board) WORKAMPING BENEFITS (* May vary by property)  * Join the Workamping Community * No site fee or utility Cost * Pay for every hour worked * Overtime eligibility * Access to property amenities * Family-friendly * Schedule flexibility (Must work 32-40 hours per week and have ability to work weekends and holidays) Note: Couples applying to the Workamping program must apply to individual!  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * The employee is frequently required to climb or balance * The employee is occasionally required to talk or listen. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.   The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We need each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset.
