ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about community building and helping others connect with services? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and knowledgeable Program Promotions Specialist to represent and promote the WorkBC Employment Services in our local community. This dynamic role involves taking the lead in organizing and attending community events, pop-up booths, and presentations, as well as creating personalized, engaging content for social media. The goal of this position is to increase community awareness of our services and supports and ultimately increase client volumes in our WorkBC Center. You’ll connect directly with job seekers—signing them up for services and providing information about WorkBC programs. This is a public-facing position ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, takes initiative, and enjoys making a positive impact.
